This guide explains symptoms and offers solutions with u-tube link demonstrations. It helps people monitor their recovery, learn how to pace themselves as well as provides step by step instructions on how to return to learn, work and play. Your activity participation and symptom scores will be analyzed and messages will be sent to you to let you know if you are on the right track or if you are doing too much. Getting practical, easy to understand answers to your concussion questions with simple step by step directions for recovery in one place has not been available .. UNTIL NOW. This application does not replace your health care providers. We do not collect, record or gather any personal information. Information you enter is saved on your profile on your phone. It is for your own personal use on your own device. Developed by Dr. David Rhine MD and Rosemary Kristiansen OT, based on their combined clinical experience managing concussions.
Requires iOS 9.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
